Fall Fest

We took Eli and Gabe to Central Baptist's Fall Festival. It was nice to have something to do together as a family. Eli is a pirate this year and for Gabe's first Halloween, a tiger. I'm not looking forward to the days when the boys want to pick out their own costumes.

Happy Half-Birthday Gabe!

Happy Half-Birthday to Gabe! I can't believe my baby boy is 6 months old. He weighs 16 lbs and is over 27 inches long. He had a huge growth spurt since his last appointment at 4 months. He is sitting up all by himself and looks like he's going to start crawling any day.

Dewberry Farm

We went to Dewberry Farm with Birdie and Bepaw today. We've wanted to take Eli for a while but I wanted to wait til he was old enough to do most of the activities. We'll be back when Gabe is older but for now I can check it off our list.

Pictures in the Park

This was the first attempt to take pictures of both boys together. Not easy! Eli would not cooperate (big shock) and since Gabe is not sitting up on his own yet, it was quite difficult. So, here are the only two pictures worthy of posting.

Gabe @ 5 Months Old

Gabe turned 5 months old today. The kids at daycare have nicknamed him "smiley" because he's always so happy. He's eating solid foods with no problems and with those habits he's more and more like a Lampo. You know we love to eat!

Adrian's Surgery

Here are just a few pictures from Adrian's 1st surgery. It has been a long couple of months but he is well on his way to a full recovery. Thank you all for your prayers and support for him and our family.

I administered his antibiotics through a PICC line every night for 7 weeks. We were both relieved when that was finally over. It was very time consuming and made Adrian feel crummy. And I should get some kind of nursing certificate with all the training I received for this!
